1. All bookings will be confirmed in writing by email.
2. When booking all information must be give regarding person or persons taking part on the experience (i.e. can they walk far, go up and down hills, in a wheel chair) so we can tailor make the experience to suit their requirements. If all information is not given we are not responsible for the birds and where the experience is run (i.e. on a farm, walking, hillsides, big birds, heavy birds).
3. 50% of the full amount must be paid when booking to secure slot. Remaining amount must be paid in full before the experience takes place.
4. After booking there is a 7-day cooling off period when a full refund will be given if you choice to cancel.
5. Cancelling any bookings must be made in writing to Carmarthenshire Falconry up to 2 weeks before booked date for a 50% refund of the amount already paid. Any cancellations made after the 2-week deadline no refund will be given unless under extreme circumstances.
6. All vouchers must be booked and taken before expiration date. Vouchers can be extended by applying to Carmarthenshire Falconry in writing before voucher expiration date. Carmarthenshire Falconry has the right not to offer an extension.
Carmarthenshire Falconry cancelation or postponing of an experience:
1. Carmarthenshire Falconry has the right to postpone any experience with no notice for the bird’s welfare or bad weather (Rain, high winds).
2. Carmarthenshire Falconry has the right to cancel any experience and a full refund will be given.
